October 2009 European League Qualifiers
The men's qualifying events took place w/e 9-11th Oct. 2009 and the results were as follows :
There is a buzz across ECTA European tennis this week as eight men's teams made it through the qualifying rounds of the ECTA European League Qualifiers at the weekend to progress to the finals at Gosling, Herts., on 13th - 15th Nov.
After some very strong performances, the men's teams were :
Stirling, Loughborough, Manchester and Leeds Met, Rouen, Dublin, Pula and Zagreb.
The teams made it through the qualifying rounds after a weekend of top quality student tennis in locations as far afield as Croatia, Dublin, France and England.
The men's teams will join the 8 women's finalists at Gosling HPC in Herts. over the w/e of 13th - 15th Nov.
